Great location, beautifully spacious, well-appointed, stylish, fresh, clean and luxurious, with great views from the three balconies. A fabulous apartment in so many ways. But...

Very poor customer service / concierge: we arrived late on a Sunday to find insufficient bedding, despite having emailed and requested at the time of our booking. After a night without bedding for one person and an hour on the phone the next day we were told we could not have any until we paid more. We did, but had to spend another night without it before finally getting it on our third night. There was also nowhere to leave luggage between checkout and departure - we were directed to the left luggage at the station, only to find it was full, and there were queues, hoping for a locker to become free. Extraordinarily poor. It's a real shame as the apartment was otherwise brilliant. If you are two couples, I highly recommend it (though only one bedroom has a/c); if you are a family I would keep looking.

Très bel et grand appartement, propre, calme et bien situé. Meublé avec beacoup de goût.

Comme déja mentionné dans les commentaires il manque des poupelles dans les salles de bain ainsi que des verres pour mettre les brosse à dents. Pas de rideaux occultants dans les chambres à coucher et pas de linge pour les canapés lits malgré plusieurs demandes.

Bei Ankunft im Appartment wurden wir leider von einigen Mängeln überrascht, die wir nach all den guten Bewertungen nicht erwartet hätten: - der Griff und das Schloss an der Eingangstür waren defekt und haben nicht richtig funktioniert - es fehlte Toilettenpapier. Nach Rückmeldung wurde mir gesagt, dass es sich hier um ein Selbstversorger Apartment handelt. Ja, klar, selber Schuld, dass wir keine Klorollen im Koffer dabei hatten. - Küche nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Schränke und Schubladen sowie Geschirr war nicht sauber. - in einem der Badezimmer war der Abfluss der Badewanne defekt. Ist aber nur für diejenigen Sportlichen unter Euch relevant, die es überhaupt schaffen, sich so zu verbiegen, dass sie in die Dusche reinkommen ;-) - das Licht im Bad brannte dauerhaft und ließ sich nicht abschalten - keine Mülleimer in den Badezimmern. Schwierig wenn man den ganzen Müll bis hoch in die Küche bringen muss. Es gab keine weiteren Ersatzmüllbeutel. - nur ein einzelner Haustürschlüssel für eine Wohnung wo bis zu 6 Leute übernachten können, war eine logistische Herausforderung. - Fernseher scheint keinen regulären TV Empfang zu haben Wir haben uns gleich nach Ankuft bei zitytrip beschwert, Fotos geschickt und auch mehrfach mit ihnen telefoniert. Man hat sich unsere Punkte angehört, aber leider nicht gehandelt. Weder wurden in den 4 Tagen Handwerker geschickt, noch kam die Putzfrau vorbei. Sehr schade, denn Appartment hätte in der Lage großes Potential. FAZIT: Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat aus unserer Sicht leider nicht gepaßt.

Helle Wohnung, modern eingerichtet, 2 Bäder und noch ein zusätzliches WC, tolle Betten, viele Terrassen bzw. Balkone. Die Wohngegend wunderbar!

Kippen in Aschenbecher auf Terrasse wurden vergessen zu entsorgen. Kann mal passieren! Ansonsten super sauber! Es waren nur 3 Weingläser vorhanden. Schade!

Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll, und die Raum Aufteilung ist perfekt für 2 Paare, jeder hat genügend Privatsphäre. Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt an der u2. Nettes Detail war der netflix Account.

Im Prinzip hätte ich mir nur eine bessere Küchenausstattung gewünscht. Die Küche ist wirklich schön mit der Kochinsel und die Elektogeräte sind alle einwandfrei. Allerdings wurde etwas an Tellern Töpfen Pfannen etc. gespart. Eine Grundaustattung an Lebensmitteln wie Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, Tee, Öl wäre auch nett gewesen. Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre auch nicht verkehrt gewesen.

Sehr sauber, Check-in völlig unkompliziert, größte Flexibilität, tolle Lage und trotzdem ruhig und erholsam

Die Einrichtung war für meinen Geschmack etwas speziell und hätte zurückhaltender sein können. Hat dem Gesamteindruck aber keinen Abbruch getan.

Sehr großes Apartment. Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Geschirrspüler, etc. ist alles vorhanden. Sehr gut fand ich, dass es ein Amazon Fire TV Stick gab. Damit konnte man es sich am regnerischen Abend gemütlich machen. An heißen Tagen hat die Klimaanlage uns gut abgekühlt.

Leider gab es weder einen Besen noch eine Kehrschaufel & Handfeger um die Krümmel zu beseitigen.

Im 2. Schlafzimmer war keine klimaanlage und da es eine dachwohnung ist war es sehr heiss

Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und hell. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, besonders haben mir die Dachterrassen gefallen und der große, offene Koch- Wohnbereich auf der oberen Etage. Das Appartement liegt in einem schönen Viertel gleich in U- Bahnnähe und ist gut zu erreichen. Viele Geschäfte sind direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Mülleimer in den Bädern wären gut und vielleicht ein Geschirrtuch.

-Lage direkt an der U-Bahn -Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u. Restaurants in der Nähe -Tolle Ausstattung u. Größe der Wohnung

-die Küche war nicht richtig sauber, Kühlschrank und Backofen waren nicht geputzt und unter dem Toaster lagen noch Krümel.

Es lief alles unkompliziert ab. Tolle Lage mit ausreichend Platz und tollen Bädern.

Keine Mülleimer in den Bädern und leider hat die Mappe mit den Zugangsdaten zum Fernsehen für Amazon gefehlt. In den Schlafzimmern war es sehr hell. Verdunklungsgardinen wären schön gewesen

Convenient location. Kitchen was nice and we were able to cook a dinner.

No toiletries. Beds were too soft. Curtains were in light colors and unable to block the early sunlight - the sun rose around 4am in the summer in Vienna.

The apartment was really big and very comfortable.Bath was lovely.Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there so didn t get to enjoy the outside areas but they were lovely also.Bed was comfortable.

This apartment was fantastic, spacious clean and very well set out, would be comfortable for 6 guests, great location only a short walk from everything you need and any local transport station to get you around to the sites, would recommend to anyone looking to visit Vienna and will be rebooking myself
